Musical Program Payment Policy, Deposit, Tuition & Refunds:

• Sibling discounts: For families who have two or more children in this musical program, use code SIBLING25 at check out for a $25.00 discount.
• All deposits or registration fees are absolutely non-refundable. No exceptions.
• The final program fee balance is due on 4 weeks after the start of the program . If we have not received payment by this date, Village Arts reserves the right to cancel unpaid applicants with no return of fees.

Refund Policy:

Full refund minus deposit until prior to casting.

• 50% of program tuition refund, minus deposit 4 weeks before program starts (If Village Arts is able to find a replacement for your spot 75% will be refunded)
• No refunds after first day of program, unless for medical reasons, for long term illness only of Five consecutive days or more, provided that we receive a signed note from a licensed physician within 3 days after illness. 
• There will be a $25 administration fee. Consideration will be made on a case by case basis.
