    Yeah, I can build that! Let your creativity soar and make any kind of building – a castle, a dream home, a ball park, the list is never ending. Come join Mrs. Klace and have your children explore the world of creation using simple found objects and a their imagination.

  • On Camera Technique for children and young teens (Dennis Cockrum)

    Lights! Camera! Action! Over the course of eight weeks students will learn the basic language of film and how to perform for an audience of one: the camera. How to slate, hit your mark and adjust for the size of the shot are just some of the topics that will be covered. Emphasis will be on scene work and commercials. Students will be able to see their work in a supportive, safe environment.

    Feel The Beat is an “all abilities” movement class that offers a fun, inclusive approach to dancing. This class is designed for students of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and identities.  As we ‘Feel the Beat’, the dancers will learn basic class etiquette and dance technique, explore different techniques to remember choreography, and develop body awareness and the comfort of dancing in a group.  Dancers will be able to express themselves and build self-esteem, self-respect and confidence in a fun safe environment 

  • NEW CLASS Intro to Animation

    Dates: January 23, February 27, 2018 ()
    Grades: 3-and UP
    Cost: $125 for 6 weeks (includes materials cost)
    A six week sessions where students will explore the basic techniques of animation as
    well as offering hands-on experience of creating various animation pieces – flip books,
    character drawings, stop-motion projects, pixelation and more.

WEDNESDAY

  • Improv/Stand Up Comedy

    Date: January 24 –  February 28, 2018
    Grades 1 – 5
    Cost: $100 for 6 weeks

    A six-week class in Stand-Up Comedy for children through 7 th grade. No prior experience is required. If your child is always cracking jokes, or is the wallflower all are welcome to attend. The class consists of confidence building techniques, joke formatting, microphone etiquette, creating an intro for yourself, finding your voice and developing your individual stage charm. The last class will be a culmination of performances where family and friends are invited to be their supportive audience. We will emphasize the positive side of comedy, encouraging all students to be supportive, gracious and develop collaboration skills. Constructive feedback is given each class, encouraging each student to stay involved in their creative process without diminishing confidence.

  • Photography 101-102 (Kara Duffus)

    Dates: January 24, March 21, 2018 (Supply fee included)
    Ages: 7-14 years old
    Cost: $145 for 8 weeks (includes materials cost)

    Through project based photography projects students will experiment with different approaches to taking photos, as well as building a strong foundation in basic photography. Student must bring their own camera or iPad. Fees include supplies and printing.

  • Kids Musical Theatre Dance with Jeanne Simpson

    Dates: January 20- March 21, 2018Ages: 7-10 years old
    Cost: $125 for 8 weeks

    Kids will have a blast working on dances from Broadway musicals as well as learning basic dance steps and dance language. Jeanne is a highly positive and loving instructor that will leave your kids feeling confident and inspired.

  • Ms. Pam’s  Jr. Improv/Acting Class

    Grades: 2nd – 5th
    Cost: $125 for 8 weeks

    An eight-week course filled with improvisation, theatre games, character and text work. Kids explore drama through a diverse and playful dramatic curriculum designed to stimulate their creativity, increase their confidence, and promote connection with classmates in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Meisner Acting for the Advanced student (Tina Cardinale)

    Grades: Middle school and up
    Cost: $125 for 8 weeks

    Sanford Meisner was one of the foremost acting teachers of our time. His technique allow actors to develop the most truthful acting by using improvisational exercises that help actors listen, observe and react moment to moment with truthful behavior. Meisner Technique allows actors to explore the spontaneity of every moment and find new and exciting expressions of the work each and every time they do it.

  • Ms. Pam’s Teen Improv/Acting Class

    Ages: Middle School through High School
    Cost: $140 for 8 weeks

    An eight-week course engaging older kids with more advanced improvisation, theatre games, character and text work. Whether your child is new to the acting process or a veteran this program challenges the older student with more in-depth scene and character work.

  • KINDER: Story Theatre with Miss Janet

    An eight week class is for children ages 4 1/2 to 6 years old exploring imagination and theatre play. Children will engage in storytelling, improvisation and theatre games all designed to help them socialize, build confidence and share their own unique talents and imagination.

  • NEW CLASS The Singer’s Song Workshop

    Saturday
    Times: 10:00am-11am
     Dates: Jan. 20-March 3 (No class Pres. Wknd)
    Grades: 3 and UP
    Cost: $125 for 6 classes

    Ms. Jane will be teaching the fundamentals of voice through interactive games involving story and character. The goal will be to give singers the tools to take apart and prepare songs for performance, bringing about natural confidence, vibrancy and authenticity that makes each individual shine.
